Business Plan & Roadmap
Overview
VirtuSecure Systems is a U.S.-based digital infrastructure venture founded by Md. Mofakhkharul Islam Joarder, an IT professional with more than eight years of experience in system administration, virtualization, and cloud operations. Currently pursuing an M.Eng. in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Lamar University, Texas, he has worked extensively on enterprise-scale projects involving VMware, AWS, secure cloud frameworks, zero-downtime data center relocation, and energy-efficient virtualization. Our mission is clear: to modernize U.S. digital infrastructure through the deployment of AI-powered virtualization, resilient cloud frameworks, and energy-optimized data centers. VirtuSecure delivers cloud migration services, disaster recovery solutions, compliance-ready virtualization, and workforce training, aligning directly with U.S. national priorities in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and clean energy efficiency.

Targeted Outcomes by 2028
VirtuSecure Systems has set ambitious yet achievable milestones that directly reflect our mission to modernize U.S. digital infrastructure, support the workforce, and advance national priorities in cybersecurity and sustainability. By 2028, we aim to deliver the following measurable results:
25+ Enterprise Clients Onboarded
We will partner with enterprises across healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and government sectors, delivering secure, AI-powered cloud solutions that meet industry-specific needs. These clients will benefit from customized deployments that ensure compliance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
20–25 High-Skilled Jobs Created
As we expand operations, VirtuSecure will recruit cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, AI analysts, and energy efficiency consultants. These high-quality jobs will strengthen the U.S. workforce by contributing to domestic skill-building in areas that are essential for future economic growth.
$800K+ in Federal and Private Grants Raised
We are targeting competitive grant opportunities from DOE, NIST, NSF, DHS, and private innovation funds. These grants will accelerate R&D, fund pilot deployments, and expand training programs, reinforcing our alignment with U.S. innovation priorities.
5+ Cloud Toolkits Deployed Commercially
Our AI-driven CloudResilient Toolkit will be deployed in multiple commercial environments, offering organizations intelligent workload management, predictive scaling, and automated disaster recovery. These toolkits will help reduce downtime, cut energy use, and improve cybersecurity resilience across industries.
3+ Accredited Workforce Training Partnerships
VirtuSecure will collaborate with U.S. community colleges and technical institutes to launch accredited programs such as the Cloud Infrastructure Resilience Technician. These programs will empower the next generation of IT professionals to master cloud security, virtualization, and energy optimization.
≥99.9% System Uptime Maintained
Our solutions are designed for mission-critical reliability. Through AI-powered monitoring and proactive disaster recovery frameworks, we will guarantee near-perfect uptime, ensuring that hospitals, financial systems, and manufacturing plants can operate without costly interruptions.
≥25% Reduction in IT Energy Use
By embedding energy optimization and AI-based resource allocation into our solutions, VirtuSecure will help clients cut data center power consumption by at least one-quarter. This will directly support the DOE Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap and contribute to the nation’s clean energy transition.
