Overview

VirtuSecure Systems is a U.S.-based digital infrastructure venture founded by Md. Mofakhkharul Islam Joarder, an IT professional with more than eight years of experience in system administration, virtualization, and cloud operations. Currently pursuing an M.Eng. in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Lamar University, Texas, he has worked extensively on enterprise-scale projects involving VMware, AWS, secure cloud frameworks, zero-downtime data center relocation, and energy-efficient virtualization. Our mission is clear: to modernize U.S. digital infrastructure through the deployment of AI-powered virtualization, resilient cloud frameworks, and energy-optimized data centers. VirtuSecure delivers cloud migration services, disaster recovery solutions, compliance-ready virtualization, and workforce training, aligning directly with U.S. national priorities in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and clean energy efficiency.

Phase-Wise Development Plan (2025–2028)

Phase I – Research & Pilot Modeling (Q1–Q2 2025)

  • Build AI-driven optimization models for U.S. critical infrastructure.

  • Develop prototypes for zero-downtime migration and secure virtualization.

  • Apply for DOE clean energy and NIST cloud cybersecurity grants.

  • Publish findings through academic papers, blogs, and industry insights.

Deliverables: Cloud Optimization Toolkit, Pilot disaster recovery framework, 2+ grant applications.

Phase II – Prototype Development & Validation (Q3–Q4 2025)

  • Partner with SMEs for pilot deployments of secure cloud solutions.

Phase III – Expansion to Critical Infrastructure (2026)

  • Scale deployments across healthcare, manufacturing, and finance sectors.

  • Deploy predictive analytics for scheduling and energy reduction.

  • Establish an advisory council on infrastructure resilience.

Deliverables: Sector roadmaps, Deployment reports for 5+ partners, Carbon reduction benchmarks.

Phase IV – Incorporation & Workforce Expansion (2026)

  • Formally register as a Texas-based U.S. LLC.

  • Publish a service catalog (migration, disaster recovery, secure virtualization, energy optimization).

  • Recruit 6–8 specialists: engineers, cybersecurity experts, analysts, and trainers.

Deliverables: CloudResilient Platform v1.0, Workforce onboarding, 3–5 signed enterprise contracts.

Phase V – National Expansion & Policy Partnerships (2027–2028)

  • Collaborate with DOE, NIST, DHS, and CISA.

  • Launch community-college workforce training programs.

  • Scale operations across multiple U.S. states.

Deliverables: Accredited “Cloud Infrastructure Resilience Technician” program, Expansion agreements in 5+ states, National impact report.
